Rock Star God is a great album. Avoid the hell out of the follow-up "Strange Parade". That thing is friggin' TERRIBLE.

Yeah, trust me this time out. It isn't a matter of "difference in taste" here, it is a matter of an album that has to pattern, no style, no direction, no nothing. I bought it right before I saw the Trash Brats on their last time around. I hooked up with Ricky, who I knew was also a fan of the earlier Makers stuff, and we both sat there trying to figure out what the hell they were doing on that album. Take a Ziggy Stardust sound, and put it into the wrong direction. It's just fucked up and BAD. Almost like they started doing SERIOUS drugs, and they thought they were being creative, but they were just be fucked up and shitty.
Oh, but I am glad I have it, as it goes along REAL nice with my BAD music collection!!!
